Home Health Operations Security
Protect patients, staff and data wherever care is delivered.
In home health, the point of care is a patient's living room and the clinical workstation is a tablet in a car. We secure the devices, apps and workflows your field staff rely on, make visit verification trustworthy, and help keep clinicians safe when they work alone.
Who this is for
Built for organizations like yours
Home Health Agencies
Skilled nursing and therapy visits documented on mobile devices in the field.
Hospice Providers
On-call teams visiting patients day and night, often alone and in unfamiliar homes.
Personal Care Agencies
Medicaid-funded aides and caregivers subject to EVV requirements and frequent audits.
The problem
Risks we address
Lost and unmanaged devices
Tablets and personal phones holding PHI with no encryption, no passcode policy and no remote wipe.
Visit verification gaps
Missed, edited or falsified visits that trigger payment denials, fraud investigations and patient harm.
Field staff safety
Clinicians working alone in homes with no way to call for help quickly or share their location.

FAQ
Common questions
Can clinicians use their personal phones?
They can, with the right controls. A BYOD policy combined with app-level protection can separate agency data from personal data, so PHI can be wiped without touching the clinician's personal content.
Our EVV vendor handles compliance, doesn't it?
The vendor provides the system. Your agency is still responsible for configuration, reviewing exceptions and manual edits, and showing that visits happened as billed.
